About Us

What is OneChurch?

OneChurch is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian ministry. OneChurch seeks to reach everyone living and working in a community with the message and love of the gospel of Jesus Christ. OneChurch invites people of all backgrounds, races and stages of life from area Christian churches and ministries to build relationships with one another and then, in partnership with one another, to together build relationships with their community for this purpose.

OneChurch was formed in March of 2008 by two couples who share a passion of uniting Jesus' church on mission to every community.

How Does it Work?

Every Christian church and ministry is encouraged to list their ministries on www.weareONECHRUCH.com at no cost. Our goal is to become the main resource for those living and working in the community or those coming into the community temporarily or permanently to search for relevant ministries. Each ministry will be trained and equipped for managing their content according to appropriate guidelines.

If you are interested in participating in this effort or learning more about OneChurch please contact us with your questions or interest.

How are Donations Distributed?

All donations received have been and will continue to be used for web site development, marketing and ministry professional services.

Although there is no cost to the churches and ministries participating in OneChurch, tax deductible contributions are encouraged using the PayPal donation feature found on the web site or by sending a check via mail to: OneChurch, P.O. Box 1390, Yorktown, VA 23692.

How Can My Church or Ministry Become Involved?

The first thing to do is to have your ministry leader (pastor/executive director) contact us. Our site administrator will make an appointment to meet with your ministry leader to explain the features and benefits of OneChurch and to schedule follow up meetings with other key leaders and interested people wanting to be trained in the use of OneChurch for your ministry.

How Can I Become A Volunteer?

As you may imagine, many volunteers are needed to post the information about the ministries of each community. If you have an interest in developing this resource we would love to discuss the possibilities with you. The best way to respond would be to contact us with your interests, availability and contact information.
